Each piece is crafted by hand using traditional tools and natural materials. Subtle variations in form, grain, and finish are inherent to the process and part of the character of the work.
While we strive for accuracy in all descriptions, we do not guarantee that all content is free from error.
Twin Owls Woodcraft is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

Additional Policies
Custom & Personalized Orders:
Because each item is handmade, custom or engraved items are non-refundable. If there is a defect or mistake on our end, we will fix or replace it at no cost
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage. We’ll offer replacement, or a full refund.
Cancellation Requests
Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After that point, cancellation requests may be denied if materials have been prepared or production has begun.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once work has started on the piece. This includes:
Engraving
Custom color selections
Made-to-order modifications
Personalized requests

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, non-custom items in their original condition.
To request a return, please contact us with:

A brief explanation of the issue or reason for return
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Natural Material Disclaimer:
Wood is a natural material, so grain, color, and minor variations are normal. These are not considered defects.
